Indian Head Massage is India’s favourite form of massage and is based on
ancient Ayurvedic techniques which have been practiced for over a thousand
years. Ghandi himself had a daily massage, believing it boosted his energy
levels whilst also keeping him in touch with his spiritual mind.
The massage is carried out with the client sitting in a chair and involves
specific massage techniques to the shoulders, arms, neck, head and face.
The treatment can be performed with or without the use of oils and also with
a minimum amount of clothing removed, if required.
Benefits from this type of massage include relief from: eye strain,
headaches, stress, fatigue, hair and scalp problems, boosts the immune
system, relieves muscle tension, improves upper joint mobility, mental
clarity and energy levels, leaving the receiver feeling calm, relaxed, refreshed and
revived. |
